Downtown Charm – Carly & Greg’s Somerville Engagement Session

Carly and Greg’s engagement session in downtown Somerville, NJ, perfectly reflected their love story and shared passions. The day began at Verve Restaurant, a meaningful spot where the couple shared some of their favorite dates. Amid the cozy, romantic ambiance of the restaurant, we captured heartfelt portraits that highlighted their connection and the milestones they’ve celebrated together.

Afterward, we strolled downtown, making our way to Somerville City Hall. Carly and Greg’s two adorable dogs joined the session, adding a dose of fun and personality to their portraits. The pups’ wagging tails and playful energy made for moments full of joy and laughter.

As both Carly and Greg are police officers with a deep love for their flag and country, they chose to incorporate a few patriotic touches into their session. The flag served as a meaningful prop in some of their images, beautifully representing their shared values and dedication to service.
