behind the lens

Hi, there! I’m the Delaney behind Delaney Dobson Photography — Based in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, I’m a Philidelphia-suburb native who is a little bit quirky and a whole lot authentic. I’m a long-time photographer specializing in family and newborn photography with the occasional wedding thrown in. With a bachelor’s degree in fine art photography and more than 10 years of experience under my belt, I’ve loved being able to grow behind the lens and watching my photography style evolve throughout the years. While I’ll always have a soft spot for the whimsical, I’ve gravitated toward a more raw and authentic style. Now as a wife and mother I’ve realized not everything is always sunshine and rainbows and that I want to be here to capture your real.

I have a deep love for the beach, buffalo wings, and all things Harry Potter (I’m team Hufflepuff). When I’m not busy photographing, you can find me spending some quality time with my family, drinking all the coffee, and listening to audiobooks.

So let’s get to know each other better, and together capture life’s magical moments — from engagement to wedding, maternity to newborn, and alllll the family sessions — I want to be part of all the authentic, in-betweens.
