“Row Row Row Your Boat” One Year

My baby girl turns one year old today, on Flag Day! Her aunt gave me the idea for a “Row Your Boat” themed birthday party and so we had to get creative. I didn’t want it to be too Red White & Blue and I could find very limited boat themed parties or sessions that weren’t for little boys. So I found a wooden boat on clearance at Home Goods and my dad cut out some little oars for me. I went to Produce Junction and bought enough flowers to decorate the boat, in an attempt to make it look like “The Notebook.” Rowie enjoyed her first taste of cake and then promptly got into a little tub for a clean up! It was so sweet. I cannot wait to share images from her first birthday party this upcoming weekend.
