An Iceland Elopement

We are coming up on two whole years since we journeyed to Iceland in 2019. Jeff and I knew that we wanted to start a family soon, so we decided to take one final trip before we started having kids. We packed our bags with the hope of using some stunning natural backdrops for an edgy and moody “bridal portrait” session. Originally, we had a couple to model for us, but due to complications, ended up with only a bride model. That didn’t stop us from braving the chilly and wet weather to find some of the prettiest landscapes that Iceland has to offer. A few vendors agreed to be apart of it, submitting a skirt, a bouquet, and an invitation suite, all packed to come on the trip with us. We stuck to the southern areas of Iceland, taking photos at Skógafoss waterfall, the small town of Vík í Mýrdal, Skaftafellsjökull Glacier, Sólheimasandur Plane Wreck, and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach.
